| INCOME TAXES | NOTE 7. INCOME TAXES The Company’s effective income tax rate for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025 was 0% for both periods. This was different than the federal income tax rate of 21% primarily due to the Company operating at a tax loss with a full valuation allowance.
