15. Subsequent Events
The Company has evaluated subsequent events through August 13, 2026, the date the financial statements were issued, other than as described below, and has determined that no other material subsequent events have occurred requiring recognition or disclosure in these financial statements. On July 24, 2026, Martin Petraitis, the Company’s Vice President of Sales and a named executive officer, was terminated from his position with the Company, effective the same date.
