SEGMENT INFORMATION SEGMENT INFORMATION
The Company’s CODM manages the business and evaluates operating performance based on consolidated net (loss) income. The Company’s CODM uses consolidated net (loss) income to monitor budget versus actual results. We do not allocate assets to individual business units or product lines for internal reporting purposes. Our CODM reviews the Company’s assets on a consolidated basis, and as a result, we do not present segment asset information separately in our consolidated financial statements. The Company operates as one operating segment and has one reporting segment that constitutes consolidated results.
