Stock‑based compensation expense was $1.0 million and $2.1 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, and is included in selling, general and administrative expenses. As of June 30, 2026, total unrecognized compensation cost related to unvested share‑based awards was $5.0 million, which is expected to be recognized over a weighted‑average period of 1.7 years.
There were no material changes to the Company’s share‑based payment plans, valuation methodologies, or significant award terms during the quarter. |
