SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 23 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT On July 24, 2026, Sentinel issued a promissory note in the principal amount of $150,000 to Breaking Beacons, Inc. which accrues interest at the rate of 4.36% per annum and matures on August 22, 2026. This note is not collateralized by any assets or officers of the Company or guaranteed by any third party.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
