Disaggregation of Net Revenue

Journey has the following actively marketed products: Emrosi, Qbrexza, Amzeeq, Zilxi, Accutane, Exelderm, Targadox, Luxamend, and Eurax. All of Journey’s product revenues are recorded in the U.S. 

The table below summarizes the Company’s net revenue for the periods presented:

Other revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2026 consists of $0.7 million recognized by Journey related to the Cutia Agreement (see Note 8), including $36,000 recognized in royalties on sales of Amzeeq by Cutia, and royalty revenue of $0.2 million recognized by Cyprium related to sales of ZYCUBO (see Note 3).

Other revenue for the six months ended June 30, 2026 consisted of $0.7 million recognized by Journey related to the Cutia Agreement (see Note 8), including $0.1 million recognized in royalties on sales of Amzeeq by Cutia, and royalty revenue of $0.3 million recognized by Cyprium related sales of ZYCUBO (see Note 3).

Other revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 consisted of revenue recognized by Avenue related to the AJ201 license termination and program transfer (see Note 8).

Significant Customers

For the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, none of Journey’s dermatology products customers accounted for more than 10% of its total gross product revenue.

At June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, none of Journey’s dermatology products customers accounted for more than 10% of its total accounts receivable balance.
