Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements and has determined that there are no subsequent events outside the ordinary scope of business that require adjustment to, or disclosure in, the consolidated financial statements other than those disclosed below.
Distribution Declarations On August 5, 2026, the Company’s Board declared a base distribution of $0.5895 per share, payable on October 22, 2026 to shareholders of record as of October 6, 2026. There can be no assurances that the Board will continue to declare a base distribution of $0.5895 per share. |
