[2] During the current period, Mr. Naveen Kumar Amar resigned from the position of Chief Financial Officer effective January 2, 2026. Thereafter, on January 16, 2026, the Company appointed Milan Rao as Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Millan Rao subsequently resigned from his position as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 25, 2026. Subsequently, on August 3, 2026, the Company appointed Sarah M. Romano as Chief Financial Officer.
