| Summary of Share-Based Compensation Expense | The following table summarizes the share-based compensation and liability classified awards expense we recognized by award type for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025:
(1) Amount for the six months ended June 30, 2026 includes $8.4 million of expense related to the acceleration of restricted share units related to a separation agreement with a former executive. Under the terms of such separation agreement, the vesting of 442,250 previously unvested RSUs was accelerated as of the separation date, resulting in this incremental share-based compensation expense.
