Subsequent Events Shares Issued to Chief Executive Officer In accordance with the terms of the amended employment agreement with Mr. D’Loren (see Note 7 for details), the Company issued 13,279 shares of common stock to Mr. D’Loren on July 31, 2026. Shares Issued Under Equity Line of Credit During the month of July 2026, the Company issued an aggregate of 34,500 shares to White Lion under the terms of the equity line of credit facility (see Note 7 for details) for which it received net proceeds of approximately $0.04 million.
