| Related Parties | Related Parties The Company occasionally enters into transactions with related parties in the normal course of business. One related party, which is wholly owned by an employee of Solo Brands and this employee’s immediate family, purchases merchandise from Solo Brands to sell in a certain geographical market, which is included in net sales on the unaudited consolidated statements of operations and comprehensive income (loss). There were nominal net sales associated with related parties for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025. Amounts receivable from this related party were nominal as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025. The accounts receivable associated with this related party is included in accounts receivable, net on the unaudited consolidated balance sheets
