| Subsequent Event | Note 12. Subsequent Event In July 2026, the Company entered into an amendment to the ground lease for the Pantops headquarters property. The amendment, which is effective beginning on November 1, 2026, extends the term of the lease from five years to 20 years. The extension increases both the right-of-use asset and the lease liability by $5.2 million. This change reflects the present value of additional lease payments over the new term. |
