| Subsequent Events | 19.Subsequent Events On July 2, 2026, the Company issued 7,305,567 common shares to Allseas Group S.A. in settlement of the equity-settled portion of the amounts owing under the Agreement, as described in Note 6. In July 2026, the Seabed Disputes Chamber prescribed provisional measures in the proceedings brought by NORI and TOML against the ISA, the Council of the ISA approved a five-year extension of NORI’s exploration contract and TOML applied for a five-year extension of its own. These matters are described in Note 17. |
