| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 15 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
Management has evaluated subsequent events through August 13, 2026, the date these consolidated financial statements were available to be issued. Based on our evaluation, the following material events have occurred that require further disclosure:
On July 27, 2026, the Company issued a total of 2,625,000 shares of the Company’s Preferred C stock . The shares were issued to three directors and the shares due to Cement Factory.
