Between January 1, 2026 and April 14, 2026, our Chief Executive Officer, Chet Billingsley, purchased shares of the Company’s common stock on the open market at an average price of $ per share.
On January 12, 2026, our Chief Executive Officer, Chet Billingsley, purchased the outstanding Series Q Convertible Preferred Shares of the Company in a private transaction for a total purchase price of $204,488, or $ per share. On April 3, 2026, he elected to convert such 11 Series Q Convertible Preferred Shares into shares of the Company’s Common Stock at the conversion price of $ per Common Share.
