Each of the undersigned, being a director or officer, or both, of Stem, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), hereby constitutes and appoints Saul R. Laureles as the individual’s true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent, with full power of substitution and resubstitution, for him or her and in his or her name, place and stead, in any and all capacities, to (i) to sign this Registration Statement under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, with respect to the registration of shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company, to be offered and issued under the Second Amended and Restated Stem, Inc. 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, on this Form S-8, any and all amendments, including post-effective amendments, to this Registration Statement, and any registration statement relating to the offering covered by this Registration Statement and filed pursuant to Rule 462(b) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and to file the same, with exhibits thereto and other documents in connection therewith, with the Securities and Exchange Commission, granting unto said attorney-in-fact and agent, full power and authority to do and perform each and every act and thing requisite and necessary to be done, as fully to all intents and purposes as he or she might or could do in person, hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact and agent or his substitute or substitutes may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof. This Power of Attorney may be signed in any number of counterparts, each of which will constitute an original and all of which, taken together, will constitute one Power of Attorney.
