Advisory (non-binding) resolution on Executive Compensation The advisory (non-binding) resolution was approved pursuant to a vote conducted by ballot. 240,608,983 (94.35%) of the votes received on this matter were voted FOR the resolution and 14,397,920 (5.65%) of the votes were cast AGAINST.
