During the three months ended July 3, 2026 and June 30, 2025, depreciation expense for continuing operations associated with property, plant and equipment, net was approximately $1.5 million and $1.3 million, respectively, of which approximately $1.4 million and $1.2 million, respectively, were included within cost of goods sold, and $0.1 million for both periods, was included in general and administrative expense. Depreciation expense for the three months ended July 3, 2026 and June 30, 2025 was net of approximately $0.4 million and $0.2 million, respectively, of contra depreciation expense recognized related to government grants. During the six months ended July 3, 2026 and June 30, 2025, depreciation expense for continuing operations associated with property, plant and equipment, net was approximately $3.1 million and $2.6 million, respectively, of which approximately $2.9 million and $2.4 million, respectively, were included within cost of goods sold, and $0.2 million and $0.2 million, respectively, were included in general and administrative expense. Depreciation expense for the six months ended July 3, 2026 and June 30, 2025 was net of approximately $0.8 million and $0.4 million, respectively, of contra depreciation expense recognized related to government grants.
