| SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | NOTE 20 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events that occurred after the date of the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets through the date the financial statements were issued. •On July 8, 2026, the Borrowers completed a fourth draw under the Granite Credit Agreement of approximately $25.1 million. Other than the matters described above, the Company identified no subsequent events that require adjustment to or disclosure in the condensed consolidated financial statements.
