| Accounts payable and accrued expenses | Accounts payable and accrued expenses Accounts payable and accrued expenses consist primarily of accrued professional fees, including legal, accounting, and consulting services, as well as other general and administrative liabilities incurred in the normal course of business. Accrued liabilities were $4.1 million and $3.4 million as of June 30, 2026, and December 31, 2025, respectively.
