Subsequent Events	NOTE 15 — Subsequent Events The Company evaluated subsequent events through August 13, 2026, the date these condensed consolidated financial statements were issued. On August 13, 2026, the Company signed an exclusivity agreement related to the negotiation for the purchase of reciprocating gas engines and related engineering, procurement and construction contract for use at the Project Permian site in West Texas. The purchase of the reciprocating gas engines and related engineering, procurement and construction contract are subject to due diligence, receipt of third party consents, and the negotiation and execution of definitive agreements. There can be no assurance that definitive agreements will be executed or any transaction will be consummated.
