During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company purchased approximately $71,000 in property and equipment and recorded a loss of disposition of assets of approximately $2,000.

Depreciation is computed on a straight-line basis over the estimated useful lives of the assets. The useful life for furniture and equipment is seven years.

Depreciation expense for the six months ended June 30, 2026, was approximately $6,000.
