Finished goods primarily consist of products ready for shipment and promotional merchandise held for sale. Raw materials include ingredients, concentrate, and packaging materials. For the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company recorded obsolete inventory expenses (recovery) of approximately $nil million and $0.01 million, respectively. For the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company recorded obsolete inventory expenses of approximately $nil million and $0.04 million, respectively.
