| Significant Agreements | Significant Agreements Since December 31, 2025, there have been no material changes to the key terms of our ongoing significant agreements. See Note 4 to the consolidated financial statements included in our Form 10-K for additional information about our ongoing significant agreements. Our ongoing significant agreements may include nonrefundable, upfront payments; annual license maintenance fees; sublicensing fees; obligations to reimburse for patent prosecution and maintenance fees; success payments; regulatory clinical and commercial milestones; and royalty payments. Our obligation to make such payments is contingent on milestones being achieved, licensed products being commercialized, and the agreements remaining in effect. As of June 30, 2026, certain license and assignment agreements included potential future payments from us for development, regulatory, and sales milestones totaling approximately $48.9 million.
