Brandon Ross
Mr. Ross currently serves as Head of Placements and Senior Managing Director at WestPark Capital, Inc. Of the 70,000 2025 Placement Agent Warrants issued to WestPark Capital, Inc. or its designees in March 2025, warrants to purchase 28,000 shares of Common Stock were designated to Mr. Ross. The warrants are exercisable immediately, expire on March 24, 2030 and have an exercise price of $1.875 per share. WestPark Capital, Inc. is the sales agent for the Sales Agreement. |
