| Subsequent Events | 15. Subsequent Events License Agreement In July 2026, the Company entered into a license agreement (the “License Agreement”) for exclusive worldwide rights to certain intellectual property. Under the License Agreement, the Company paid an upfront payment of $12.5 million. The Company may also be required to make future milestone payments. In addition, the Company may be required to pay tiered royalties on net sales of licensed products, subject to certain reductions, as specified in the License Agreement. Future milestone and royalty payments are contingent upon the occurrence of specified contractual events and, accordingly, the timing and amount of such payments are uncertain. |
