| Subsequent Events | 12. Subsequent Events On August 4, 2026, the Company agreed to offer
and sell in a private placement (the “2026 Private Placement”) an aggregate of
Common Stock of 4,761,904, at a purchase price of $2.10 per share of Common
Stock. The 2026 Private Placement closed on August 6, 2026. The net proceeds to
the Company were approximately $9,100, after deducting fees and expenses.
