NOTE 6 –ALLOWANCE FOR CREDIT LOSSES

 

The Company accounts for expected credit losses in accordance with ASC 326 – Financial Instruments – Credit Losses (CECL). Management evaluates the collectability of loans receivable and records an allowance for expected credit losses based on factors including borrower credit quality, loan concentration, economic conditions, and historical repayment experience. As of June 30, 2026, the Company recorded an allowance for credit losses equal to approximately 3% of outstanding loan balances.
