| Balance Sheet Details | 6. Balance Sheet Details Property and Equipment, net Property and equipment as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025 consisted of the following (in thousands):
Depreciation expense totaled $0.5 million and $0.3 million for the three months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, and $1.0 million and $0.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Property and equipment not yet in use was $3.5 million and $7.8 million as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively, and is included in the laboratory equipment in the table above. These assets are not depreciated until they are placed in service.
