12. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, Salem is identified as a related party as a result of having in excess of a 10% beneficial ownership interest in the Company’s common stock. See Note 5 – Debt – for additional details regarding the Salem Loan Facility.
