| Business Combination, Acquired Receivable, Purchased without Credit Deterioration, Description | In December 2025, the Company, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Range Bluegrass Land, LLC (“Range Bluegrass”), acquired approximately 15,700 acres of surface land and 42,500 acres of mineral interests associated with the Premier Elkhorn mine complex and Cambrian Coal mine complex (the “Premier-Cambrian Mine”) in Pike, Letcher and Floyd Counties, Kentucky (the “Premier-Cambrian Acquisition”). As part of the Premier-Cambrian Acquisition, Range Bluegrass assumed responsibility for 43 mining permits with $43.1 million of estimated reclamation obligations. | ||||||
