| Segment Information | 11. Segment Information The Company conducts business as a operating and reportable segment, which is based upon the Company’s current organizational and management structure, as well as information used by the Company’s Chief Operating Decision Maker (“CODM”) to allocate resources and assess performance. The Company’s is the Company’s CODM, as he is the individual responsible for assessing performance and allocating resources. The CODM assesses performance and makes operating decisions of the Company primarily based on the Company’s net increase (decrease) in net assets resulting from operations (“net income”). In addition to numerous other factors and metrics, the CODM utilizes net income as a key metric in determining the amounts of dividends to be distributed to the Company’s shareholders. As the Company’s operations comprise of a reportable segment, the segment assets are reflected on the accompanying Consolidated Statements of Assets and Liabilities as “total assets” and the significant segment expenses are listed on the accompanying Consolidated Statements of Operations. |
