For the consolidated financial statements as at and for the six-month period ended June 30, 2026, we have evaluated subsequent events through the date the consolidated financial statements were available to be issued and determined that there have been no events that have occurred that would require adjustments to our disclosures in the consolidated financial statements, except as described below.
The Company received written correspondence from the FDA requesting additional information and clarifications in connection with its Orphan Drug Designation application for VT-1953 filed in January 2026. The Company is preparing its response to the FDA and intends to continue to work with the FDA as part of the ongoing regulatory review process. |
