The Company’s cash equivalents consist of money market accounts, time deposits and U.S. Treasury bills of $291,404 and $39,473 as of June 30, 2026 and June 30, 2025, respectively. Cash equivalents are measured at fair value within Level I of the fair value hierarchy on a recurring basis using observable inputs that reflect quoted prices for identical assets in active markets. The Company’s restricted cash includes cash deposited in escrow and operating accounts, primarily related to general liability insurance obligations.

Stock Repurchase Program
On March 29, 2023, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program to repurchase up to $250,000 of the Company’s Class A common stock (the “Stock Repurchase Program”). Pursuant to the Stock Repurchase Program, shares of Class A common stock may be purchased from time to time in open market or private transactions, block trades or such other manner as the Company may determine in accordance with applicable insider trading and other securities laws and regulations. The timing and amount of purchases will depend on market conditions and other factors. For Fiscal Year 2026, the Company repurchased 623 shares of Class A common stock for $25,000, excluding excise tax. As of June 30, 2026, the Company had $44,796 remaining available for repurchases under the Stock Repurchase Program.

Concentration of Risk
As of June 30, 2026, the Company had one customer that made up 17% of total Accounts receivable, net in the consolidated balance sheets. As of June 30, 2025, the Company did not have any customers that made up 10% of total Accounts receivable, net in the consolidated balance sheets.
For Fiscal Years 2026, 2025 and 2024, the Company did not have any customers that made up 10% of total revenues in the consolidated statements of operations.
As of June 30, 2026, approximately 4,400 full-time and part-time employees, who represent approximately 70% of the Company’s workforce, were represented by unions. Approximately 27% of such union employees are subject to CBAs that expired as of June 30, 2026 and approximately 36% are subject to CBAs that will expire by June 30, 2027 if they are not extended prior thereto.
