| Subsequent Events | Note 9 — Subsequent Events The Company has evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date that the financial statements are issued. Based upon this review, other than the Business Combination Agreement disclosed in Note 1 and Note 5, no other subsequent events occurred that would require recognition or disclosure in the financial statements.
