| Subsequent Events | NOTE 9 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company evaluated subsequent events and transactions that occurred after the condensed balance sheet date up to the date that the unaudited condensed financial statements were issued. Based upon this review, other than noted below, the Company did not identify any subsequent events that would have required adjustment or disclosure in the unaudited condensed financial statements. On July 21, 2026, the Company withdrew $250,000 from the interest earned on the proceeds held in the Trust Account for its working capital needs, as permitted by the Amended and Restated Memorandum and Articles of Association.
