SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 17: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to June 30, 2026, the Company launched TAPRealEstate.com, the public-facing platform for its real estate technology ecosystem. The platform is intended to serve as a central destination for the Company’s real estate initiatives, technology products, property-related services, and future real estate investment and tokenization offerings. The Company also launched MyHomeCloud™, a digital home management platform designed to help homeowners securely organize, maintain, and access property-related information, including maintenance records, warranties, receipts, appliance information, property documents, and other important home records. These launches represent an important step in the Company’s development and commercialization of technology solutions for residential real estate and homeownership. The Company expects to continue developing the platforms’ features, integrations, and commercial capabilities as part of its broader real estate technology strategy. In July 2026, the Company issued 175,000,000 shares of common stock for services valued at $17,500 which are reflected as common stock to be issued as of June 30, 2026.
