The following table summarizes the number of warrants outstanding at June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025.
On March 7, 2024, the Company issued and sold 18,750,000 Units at a public offering price of $0.60 per unit. Each Unit consisted of share of Common Stock and Warrant. Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase share of Common Stock for a period of 5 years following the closing date of the Offering at an exercise price of $0.77, subject to adjustments in certain events. The warrants expire on March 7, 2029.
