| Subsequent Events | Note 13: Subsequent Events On July 16, 2026, the Company completed the rights offering through its issuance of 88,318 shares of Series A Junior Non-Voting Participating Preferred Stock pursuant to the rights offering for gross proceeds of $883,180. The results of the issuance of the Series A Junior Non-Voting Participating Preferred Stock is not reflected in the Company’s financial condition or results of operations for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
