Prepayments and other receivables consisted of the following as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025:
As of June 30, 2026, prepaid acquisition consideration of $198,000 represented the fair value of 300,000 shares of the Company’s common stock issued in connection with the pending acquisition of Constant Investments, Inc., based on the closing market price of the Company’s common stock on June 30, 2026.
