Commitments and Contingencies	Note 7 – The Company, from time to time, may become involved in litigation or regulatory proceedings arising out of its normal business operations. Currently, there are no such pending proceedings which the Company considers to be material. There are no commitments to any key executives or officers other than an employment agreement with each of the Executive Chairman & Chief Financial Officer and the President & Chief Executive Officer.
