Depreciation expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 totaled approximately $0.4 million and $0.7 million, respectively. Depreciation expense for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025 totaled approximately $0.3 million and $0.5 million, respectively. Capitalized depreciation of long-lived assets included in cost of construction totaled approximately $0.2 million and $0.3 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, respectively. Capitalized depreciation of long-lived assets included in cost of construction totaled approximately $0.1 million and $0.4 million for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025, respectively. As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, long-lived assets included approximately $3.5 million and $2.7 million, respectively, of purchase deposits towards long-lived assets and construction in progress which are not being depreciated as the assets have not been placed into service.
