| Significant Accounting Policies And Estimates [Abstract] | |
| Basis Of Accounting | The consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“GAAP”). The preparation of financial statements in conformity with GAAP requires management to make estimates, assumptions, and judgments that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities as of the date of the financial statements and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. These estimates, assumptions, and judgments are based on information available as of the date of the financial statements. Actual results could differ materially from those estimates. Material estimates that are particularly susceptible to significant change in the near term include the allowance for credit losses on loans (“ACL”). |
