Harmonic Inc. (“Harmonic” or the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended July 3, 2026 (the “Form 10-Q”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense as the Company requires additional time to complete its consolidated financial statements due to the recently completed sale of its Video Business. The Company intends to file the Form 10-Q within the five calendar-day period permitted pursuant to Rule 12b-25.
