| Basis of Presentation | Basis of Presentation The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”) and the applicable rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for interim financial information, but do not include all the information and notes required by GAAP for complete financial statements. These interim unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements should be read in conjunction with the audited consolidated financial statements and notes thereto for the year ended December 31, 2025 contained in the Company’s final prospectus filed with the SEC on May 14, 2026 (the “Prospectus”), pursuant to Rule 424(b)(4) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”). The condensed consolidated balance sheet at December 31, 2025 has been derived from the audited consolidated financial statements at that date, but does not include all disclosures, including notes, required by GAAP for complete financial statements. During the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, the significant accounting policies used in the preparation of the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements are consistent with those discussed in Note 4 – Significant Accounting Policies to the audited consolidated financial statements in the Prospectus. There have been no significant changes in the Company’s significant accounting policies or critical accounting estimates since December 31, 2025 that have had a material impact on the Company’s unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and related notes. In the opinion of management, these financial statements include all adjustments, which are of a normal recurring nature, necessary for a fair statement of the financial position, results of operations, cash flows, and the changes in equity for the periods presented. The results of operations for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 shown in this report are not necessarily indicative of the results to be expected for the full year ending December 31, 2026 or any other period. Certain prior period amounts reported in the Company’s condensed consolidated financial statements and notes thereto have been reclassified to conform to the current period presentation.

| Use of Estimates | Use of Estimates The preparation of unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements in conformity with GAAP requires management to make estimates and assumptions that affect the reported amounts of assets and liabilities and disclosure of contingent assets and liabilities at the date of the unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements and the reported amounts of revenues and expenses during the reporting period. Areas of significant estimates include, but are not limited to, revenue recognition, including the determination of the standalone selling price (“SSP”) of performance obligations, significant financing components, useful life of property, plant and equipment, product warranty accruals, impairment of long-lived assets, the market value of and demand for inventory, valuation allowance on deferred income tax assets, the fair value of common stock and other assumptions used to measure stock-based compensation. The Company bases its estimates on historical experience, known trends, and other market-specific or other relevant factors that it believes to be reasonable under the circumstances. Actual results could significantly differ from those estimates. On an ongoing basis, management evaluates its estimates when there are changes in circumstances, facts, and experience. Changes in estimates are recorded prospectively in the period in which they become known.

| Fair Value Measurements | The Company measures certain financial assets and liabilities at fair value on a recurring basis in accordance with ASC 820, Fair Value Measurement, which establishes a framework for measuring fair value and a fair value hierarchy based on the observability of inputs. The fair value hierarchy consists of three broad levels, which gives the highest priority to unadjusted quoted prices in active markets for identical assets or liabilities (Level 1) and the lowest priority to unobservable inputs (Level 3). As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company did not hold any securities classified within Level 3 of the fair value hierarchy. The three levels of the fair value hierarchy are described below: •Level 1 inputs are quoted prices in active markets for identical assets and liabilities; •Level 2 inputs are inputs other than quoted prices included within Level 1 that are observable for the asset or liability, either directly or indirectly; and •Level 3 inputs are unobservable inputs that are supported by little or no market activity, which require management judgment or estimation.
