Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 12, 2026, Kartoon Studios, Inc. (the "Company") announced that it has contracted with Amazon Prime Video ("Amazon") to stream the Company's animated series HUNDRED ACRE WOOD, based on A.A. Milne's Winnie beginning on February 18, 2027.
Amazon will promote the animated series and episodes thereof through the use of "Hero Banners". In addition, Amazon’s “Shop the Show” program will enable viewers to purchase products featuring the HUNDRED ACRE WOOD characters while streaming the show.
