Related-Party Transactions The Company participates in, and has an equity method investment in, a purchasing alliance that was formed to obtain better pricing, to expand product options, to reduce internal costs, and to achieve greater inventory turnover. The Company’s investment in the purchasing alliance was $14.5 million as of June 27, 2026, and $13.3 million as of June 28, 2025. For fiscal 2026, fiscal 2025, and fiscal 2024, the Company recorded purchases of $3,093.6 million, $2,539.9 million, and $2,193.7 million, respectively, through the purchasing alliance. |
