NOTE 7: SHAREHOLDERS’ EQUITY
Treasury Stock
As of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, the Company had 813,187 and 841,927 treasury shares, respectively.
Accumulated Other Comprehensive Loss
Accumulated other comprehensive loss displayed in the Condensed Consolidated Statement of Shareholders’ Equity represents the results of certain shareholders’ equity changes not reflected in the Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations, such as foreign currency translation and certain pension and post-retirement benefit obligations.
The after-tax components of accumulated other comprehensive loss are as follows (in thousands):
(1) No material amounts were reclassified from accumulated other comprehensive loss.
Dividends
Holders of Common Stock are entitled to receive dividends at the same rate when, as, and if declared by our Board of Directors, out of funds legally available, subject to any statutory or contractual restrictions on the payment of dividends and to the rights of the holders of one or more outstanding series of our preferred stock. For each of the three and six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, the Company did not pay any dividends.
