| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events On July 20, 2026 and on July 28, 2026, the Company issued 345,338 and 348,624 shares of common stock, respectively, and settled $3,533 and $3,490 of distributions payable as of June 30, 2026, respectively, through the DRIP. The remainder of the distribution payable outstanding as of June 30, 2026 was paid in cash.
