| Subsequent Events | Subsequent Events The Company's management evaluated subsequent events through the date of the issuance of the consolidated financial statements included herein. There have been no subsequent events that occurred during such period that would require disclosure in this Form 10-Q or would be required to be recognized in the consolidated financial statements as of June 30, 2026, except as discussed below. On July 27, 2026, the Company issued approximately 380,777 shares of its Common Stock pursuant to the Company’s DRIP in connection with the distribution paid to shareholders on July 27, 2026.
